Who the hell am I?

I’m an organisational psychologist, particularly interested in what environment helps people learn and what factors influence the trust that people have in an organisation or an outcome. After a few years’ experience in consulting, I’m currently working on a post-graduate degree in Psychology at UCL in London.

What is Uncover?

Uncover is a set of essays about what factors drive different behavioural outcomes of individuals and organisations. I put this together to do three main things: spread helpful research about psychology, gather and develop my own thoughts and create a platform for me to learn more about how organisations impact all of our behaviour.
